Mrs. Eldon Gilson, 51, of Clio, Mich., died on Feb. 27 following a lengthy illness. She was the former Frances Metzger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Perry Metzger, formerly of this area.
Funeral services and burial were held Thursday, Mar. 2, in Clio.
Mrs. Orlen Poppenhager of Astoria, sister of Mr. Gilson, was among those from this area who attended the funeral services.
