Barry A. Frye, 55, of Vermont, died at 1:56 p.m. Friday, June 11, 1999, at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb.
He was born Nov. 13, 1943, in Burlington, Iowa, the son of Myron and June Danner Frye. He married Kay Mansir on Jan. 26, 1979, in Galesburg. She survives.
Also surviving are his mother of Argyle Lake Nursing Home in Colchester; two daughters, Sara Frye of Vermont and Mrs. Phillip (Correne) Keefauver of Cold Spring, Minn.; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He was a self-employed car salesman.
Graveside services were held Tuesday at Vermont Cemetery. Cremation has been accorded. Kost Memorial Home was in charge of arrangements.
