Mrs. Vera A. Ebbert, 90, formerly of Peoria, died at 1:25 p.m. Thursday, July 26, 1984, in Roanoke Apostolic Christian Home, where she had lived eight years.
She was born June 12, 1894 in Table Grove to Albert and Mattie Sharp Gorsuch. She married Dwight Ebbert Sept. 14, 1912, in Industry. He died Nov. 17, 1954, in Peoria. One son, Emery Ebbert, died Feb. 19, 1983. One brother and one sister also preceded her.
She was a member of Averyville Baptist Church.
Surviving are one daughter. Mrs. Charles (Evelyn) White of Peoria; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday with Rev. Bobby Lounsberry officiating. Burial was in Ipava Cemetery.
