Ipava Woman Dies While Visiting Sister

Miss Fannie Ebbert, 76, a life-long resident of Ipava, died Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 9, in Holy Hospital in Atlanta, Ga. She was visiting a sister, Miss Doris Ebbert, in Atlanta at the time of her death.

Miss Ebbert was born Nov. 8, 1889 at Summum, the daughter of Samuel and Eva Severns Ebbert. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church.

Surviving in addition to her sister are three brothers, Floyd and Herman Ebbert, both of Ipava and Forrest Ebbert of Peoria. Two sisters are deceased.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Shawgo Memorial Home in Ipava. The Rev. W. R. Griffin officiated and burial was in the Ipava cemetery.
