George Franklin Ebbert died at the home of his son Dwight Ebbert of Peoria Heights, Thursday, Sept. 14 at 1 a.m. The body was brought in the Clugston Funeral coach to the Ipava Christian church where the funeral was conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. Interment was in the Ipava cemetery.
Mr. Ebbert has been ill for several years and made his home with his son Dwight in Peoria. His wife has been dead for several years. He is survived by three sons, Dwight, Glen and Charley Ebbert of Macomb and several grandchildren. He formerly resided in Ipava and he followed the trade of carpenter. He was also a member of the Christian church. He was in the late 70’s.
