Marna S. Davis, 54, of Astoria, died at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, 1996, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was born Aug. 31, 1942 in Rushville, a daughter of Berl B. and Doris Bartlow Skiles. She married Charles R. “Dick” Davis on May 20, 1962, in Hannibal, Mo. He survives.
Also surviving are one son, Jamie “Jay” Davis of Astoria; one daughter, Marci Davis of Peoria; one brother, Gary Skiles of Newton, Iowa; and one sister, Cheryl Clements of Rushville.
She was an advertising representative for K.K. Stevens Publishing in Astoria. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Rushville and was active with Friends of the Library in Astoria.
Funeral services were held Sunday at Wood-Roby Funeral Chapel in Rushville with Rev. Wayne Bonser officiating. Burial was in Rushville City Cemetery.
