He was born July 22, 1958, in Beardstown, a son of Robert and Leona Humphrey Bollinger. He married Connie Crowe on Dec. 31, 1983, in Beardstown. She survives.
Also surviving are his children, Randall (and Angie) Bollinger Jr. of Sleepy Hollow, Brian (and Nicole) Lyles of Macomb, Dawn (and Todd) Bushong and Mandy (and Wes) Stambaugh, both of Astoria, Christal (and Jeremy) Fisher of Summum, Cory (and Kayla) Bollinger of Winchester, Chad Bollinger of Beardstown and Alisha (and Chris) Miller of Bevier, Mo.; three siblings, William Bollinger of Rushville and Ricky J. Bollinger and Paula (and John) Watkins, both of Astoria; 30 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Nicholas Bollinger; and one brother, Jeffery Bollinger.
He was employed at L and N Industries for 39 years as a welder.
A service was held Friday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pastor Mike Shirley officiating. Cremation rites were accorded. Inurnment will take place at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, at the Browning Cemetery.
