She was born Sept. 11, 1920, in Canton, the daughter of Lamon and Merlie Smith Spencer. She married Jack Bradford on Feb. 28, 1940, in Kahoka, Mo. He preceded her in death in August, 1997.
She also was preceded in death by one infant son, Jerry Bradford; one grandson, Shane Bradford; and two brothers, Everett and Carl Spencer.
Surviving are one son, Gary (and Carol) Bradford of Sparland; one daughter, Donna (and Norman) Gibboney of Astoria; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was a homemaker and a farmer’s wife.
She was a graduate of Bardolph High School in 1938. She was a 50-year member of the Ipava Order of the Eastern Star, where she was a Past Worthy Matron.
Private services were held with Pastor Cody Stinnett officiating. Burial was in Point Pleasant Cemetery. Shawgo Memorial Home was in charge of arrangements.
