She was born June 8, 1929, in Astoria, a daughter of Harold and Roxanna Trimmer Sales.
Surviving are one daughter, Suzanne (and Robert) Brooks of Bartonville; one son, Steven Bennett of Bellevue; two brothers, Van Sales of Peoria and Roger (and Nancy) Sales of Eureka; five grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Dr. Steve Sales, Munson Sales, Vernon Sales and an infant; and two sisters, Joanna Lester and Joyce Hazelrigg.
She worked at Keystone Steel and Wire Company in Bartonville and as a waitress.
She attended Bible Baptist Church in Bartonville.
Services were held Tuesday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pastor Zach Rogers officiating. Burial was in South Fulton Cemetery in Astoria.
