Brayden E. Baker, 15 days old, of Vermont died at 4:26 p.m. Dec. 10, 2011, at Blessing Hospital emergency room in Quincy.
He was born Nov. 25, 2011, in Macomb, a son of Tyler Baker and Chelsea Ackley.
Surviving are his parents, Tyler Baker and Chelsea Ackley of Vermont; maternal grandparents, Darin and Lisa Kreps of Vermont; paternal grandparents, Kenny and Cindy Smith of Rushville and Bob and Sara Baker of Jacksonville; maternal great-grandparents, Bill and Sharon Ackley of Vermont, Donna Kreps and Gene Predmore of Macomb and Jerry Kreps of Bushnell; and paternal great-grandparents, Marlin and Donna Baker of Industry.
He was preceded in death by paternal great-grandparents, Treva Alton and Frank Alton.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Reverend Robert Greene officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the memorial home in Astoria. Burial will be in Vermont Cemetery.
