Karen S. Brown, 55, of Havana, died at 5:10 p.m. Thursday, June 12, 1997, at her home.
She was born March 4, 1942, in Ipava, the daughter of Max and Ethel Mae Reed Kopp.
Surviving are two sons, J.R. Onion of Leesburg, Fla., and Jamie Brown of Havana; two daughters, Jody Onion of DeKalb and Julie Onion of San Diego; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She was a payroll analyst for Caterpillar Inc. for 25 years.
A memorial gathering was held Monday evening at Shawgo Memorial Home in Ipava. Cremation has been accorded.
