L. Maude Brown, 93, of Table Grove, died at 5 p.m. Thursday, May 10, 1990, at her home.
She was born July 17, 1896, in Table Grove, a daughter of Henry and Nellie Kinne Heltzel. She married Herbert G. Brown on Jan. 29, 1918, in McDonough County. He died Feb. 9, 1985.
She was also preceded in death by one son, three brothers and two sisters.
Surviving are one son, Merle Brown of Table Grove; two daughters, Mrs. Marie Schisler of Table Grove and Mrs. Maxine Gagg of Macomb; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Lena Shaver of Ipava.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Kost Memorial Home in Vermont with Rev. Tim Gilliland officiating. Burial was in Harris Cemetery near Table Grove.
