Mrs. Irma Bricker Of Astoria Dies

Mrs. Irma B. Bricker, 74, a lifetime resident of the Astoria area, died at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb following a lengthy illness.

Mrs. Bricker was born March 22, 1896, near Astoria, the daughter of Henry and Susan Beck Riebling. She was married March 29, 1914, in Astoria to Harry E. Bricker. He died July 28, 1962.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. LaVern Abbott of Macomb; two sons, Raymond of Ipava and Milo of Vermont; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and a brother, Freeman Riebling of Astoria. A daughter, five brothers and two sisters are deceased.

Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. in Shawgo Memorial Home with Rev. D. Arnold Naff officiating. Burial was in the Astoria Cemetery.
