Shelia Gorsuch

Shelia K. Gorsuch, 69, of Littleton died Dec. 19, 2025, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy.

She was born Jan. 21, 1956, in Rushville, a daughter of the late C.B. Hillyer Jr.

She married Eldon Gorsuch on Feb. 11, 1971, in Palmyra, Mo. He survives.

Also surviving are one daughter, Bobbi Gorsuch (John Rutledge); one son, Keith Gorsuch; six siblings, Donna Agans, Linda Parson, Chuck Hillyer (and Ruthi), Rod Hillyer (and Cari), Rosie Crook (and John) and Scot Hillyer (and Wendy); seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She worked at the Rushville-Industry High School, Kerr Homecenter, Cargill and the Mt. Sterling Nursing Home. She attended Littleton Methodist Church.

Cremation has been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held at later date.

Memorials may be made to the Littleton Community Building Fund, HOPE Blooms or St. Jude’s.
