Stephen M. Yost, 61, of Havana died at 11:24 a.m. Aug. 6, 2011, at the emergency room in Mason District Hospital in Havana.
He was born April 17, 1950, in Beardstown, a son of Marshall and Darlene Walters Yost. He married Patricia Heaton on Dec. 17, 1982, in Astoria. She survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Jeremy (and Jennifer) Duckwiler of Havana and Justin Duckwiler of Dubuque, Iowa; one brother, Wendell (and Beverly) Yost of Texas; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He was a laborer at ADM/ARTCO in Creve Couer for over 42 years.
He was a member of NRA and Teamsters Local Labor Union.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Gary Sheets officiating. Burial will be in Astoria Cemetery.
