She was born Sept. 6, 1962, in Rushville, the daughter of Clifford Dawson and Helen Jane Gregory Wenger.
Surviving are one brother, Ronald Eugene (and Mary) Wenger of Springfield; three nephews, Bryan Douglas (and Rhea) Wenger, Jonathan Kyle Wenger and Trey Brokaw; one great niece; one great nephew; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Thomas Dawson Wenger and Robert Allen Wenger.
She was a 1980 graduate of Rushville High School. She worked as a nurse’s aide at Culbertson Memorial Hospital in Rushville for many years. She was a member of Sugar Grove United Methodist Church, south of Rushville.
Services were held Friday at the Wood Funeral Home in Rushville with Ken Runkle officiating. Burial followed in the Palm Cemetery, west of Rushville.
