Dennis D. Ward, formerly of Astoria died at 7:40 p.m. Jan. 12, 2010, at Kewanee Home Care in Kewanee.
He was born June 21, 1953, in Canton, a son of Dale and Lucy Lafary Ward. They proceeded him in death.
He also was preceded in death by one sister, Karen Smith.
Surviving are three brothers, Ron (and Linda) Ward of Cuba, Gary Ward of Bushnell and Larry (and Debbie) Ward of Lewistown; three sisters, Fran Weaver (and Arlan Landis) of Donna, Texas, Sharon (and Wally) Hammond of Canton and Donna Loudenburg (and Terry Murphy) of Bradford.
He worked at Farm King in Kewanee.
There will be no visitation. Cremation rites will be done accordingly.
Inurnment will be in the spring at Osceola Grove near Bradford.
