She was born April 12, 1929, in Bernadotte, the daughter of Threll M. and Lula Ann McKinley DeMoss. She married Homer Lee Weishaar on Nov. 27, 1947, in Sheldons Grove. He died Jan. 25, 1999.
Surviving are one son, Randy of Browning; one daughter, Debbie (and George) Runkels of Springfield; one brother, Donald (and Judy) DeMoss of Canton; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was a cook at the Browning School for eight years.
She was a member of Assembly of God Church in Browning. She also bowled in the Wednesday afternoon league in Beardstown for over 15 years.
Services will be held at noon Saturday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pat Clements officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon prior to the services at the funeral home on Saturday. Burial will be in Browning Cemetery.
