Seth Ray Welker, 23, of Mount Carmel died Sunday, Oct. 3, 2004, in Wabash County.
He was born August 24, 1981, in Macomb, the son of Evan Ray and Cheryl Ann Curless Welker.
Surviving are his parents of Mount Carmel; one sister, Jessica (and Bryan) LaFollette of Washington, Ind.; his maternal grandfather, John Curless of Astoria; and his paternal grandmother, Lavonne Welker of Farmington.
Preceding him in death were his maternal grandmother, Patsy Curless; and his paternal grandfather, Harold Welker.
He graduated from Mount Carmel High School in 2000 and from Indiana Business College in 2002.
He worked at the Graham Packing Co. in Evansville, Ind.
He enjoyed motorcycles, four-wheelers, hunting and dancing.
Services were held Oct. 6 in the chapel of Short Funeral Home in Mount Carmel, with burial in Lick Cemetery in Wabash County.
