Leslie Eugene Woodruff, 71, of Crane, Mo., formerly of Vermont, died at 3:05 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2003, at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, Mo.
He was born April 1, 1932, in Table Grove, a son of Lester and Nellie Fishel Woodruff. He married Rosalee Geer on Jan. 12, 1962, in Peoria. She survives.
Also surviving are one son, Ronald of Superior, Wis.; one daughter, Debbie Moran of Peoria; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one sister, Vera Huett of Rushville.
He was a retired welder.
He was of the Christian faith.
Services were held Saturday at Manlove-Stumpff Funeral Home in Crane. Burial was in Galena Cemetery in Galena, Mo.
