Larry Westlake

Larry W. Westlake of rural Browning died at 6 a.m. Monday, March 19, 2001, at his parent's home.

He was born March 10, 1954, in Rushville, a son of Glenn and Genevie Worthington Westlake.

Surviving are his parents of rural Browning; four brothers, Glenn (and Martina) of Astoria, Ronald (and Nancy) and Gary (and Diane), both of Browning, and Marvin (and Rebecca) of Mount Carmel; three sisters, Linda (and Wilmer) Gale of Astoria, Julia (and Ron) Rayburn of Morton and Tami Clements of Browning; one sister-in-law, Darlene Westlake; and 20 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Dale, and an infant sister, Pamela.

He worked at Astoria Fibra Steel and Ansco Co.

He was a member of Bader Christian Church.

Services were held at 11 a.m. today at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Rev. Scott Neal officiating. Burial was in Browning Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Cass-Schuyler Area Hospice or Bader Christian Church.
