Molly Rae Elizabeth West, 5, of Galesburg, died at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, 1996, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was born May 18, 1991, in Galesburg, a daughter of Russel and Kathy Luper West.
Surviving are her parents; one sister, Laura Rammage of Abingdon; and grandparents, Margaret Luper of Table Grove, and Merl West of Galesburg.
She was in kindergarten at Lincoln School. She was active with Yaba Pee Wee bowling. She attended First Baptist Church Bible School. She was active with her parents at River Mouse booth on the Spoon River Scenic Drive in London Mills.
Funeral services were held Monday at Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Home in Knoxville with Rev. Benny Stare officiating. Burial was in Maquon Cemetery in Maquon.
