He was born Aug. 8, 1959, in Carthage, Miss., the son of Billy L. and Joann Turner Troutman. He married Julie Fairburn on March 12, 1999, in Rushville. She survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Kody (and Dylan Passmore) Petrie of Beardstown and LaGina (and Cody) Miller of Rushville; one son, Christopher (and Leeanne) Troutman of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and grandparents, Clyde and Girlie Turner.
He worked at the Vermont Foundry in Vermont and for Zeta Plastic Factory in Macomb.
A visitation was held Jan. 20 at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria. Cremation rites have been accorded.
