She was born Feb. 25, 1948, in Canton, a daughter of Fred and Maxine Smith Dick.
Surviving are one daughter, Betty Jane Bishop LeClaire; one son, Billy Joel Noe of Danville; two sisters, Norma Jean Parker of Browning and Donna (and Clinton) Morrill of Havana; one brother, Fred Dick of Canton; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Key.
She worked at Spoon River College and Sunset Nursing Home in Canton.
She attended Summum Christian Church and Bluff City Community Church.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Burial will be in Apple Cemetery in Lewistown.
