Keith G. Tippey, 81, of Macomb died at 7:45 p.m. Friday, March 9, 2001, at Heartland Health Care Center.
He was born May 7, 1919, in Fulton County, a son of Clem and Grace Dutton Tippey. He married Hazel Leona Kingery on March 15, 1941, in Astoria. She survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Norman (and Linda) of Galesburg and Dennis (and Nancy) of West Point, Iowa; four grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; one great-grandson; and three brothers, Kenneth of Reedsport, Ore., Willis of Astoria and Ralph of Canton.
He was a farmer for 32 years.
He worked at Bowers for 12 years.
Graveside services were held Tuesday at Summum Cemetery in Summum with Rev. Collis Trone officiating. Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
