Mrs. Anna E. Taylor, 86, of Macomb Manor died at 4:50 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, 1980, at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb. She was a former Ipava resident.
Mrs. Taylor was born Feb. 18, 1893, near Cuba, a daughter of Jasper and Rosalee Jenkins Bishop. She married H. Ralph Taylor on March 27, 1915. He died Dec. 14, 1964.
She is survived by one son, Jasper Lee Taylor of Ipava; one daughter, Mrs. Flossie Best of Mapleton; and a niece, Mrs. Dorothy Johnson of East Peoria, who Mrs. Taylor raised from childhood. Also surviving are six grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
One son, two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Ipava with Rev. Earl Moore officiating. Burial was in Cuba Cemetery.
