He was born Jan. 1, 1958, in Macomb, a son of Edmund Woodrow and Leona “Oney” May Stroops Snowden.
Surviving are one sister, Clarice Powell of Vermont.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Preston Snowden.
He was a welder who welded oil tanks. He also put mattresses together and mowed several yards in Vermont.
He was a member of the Board of Directors at Bridgeway in Macomb.
Cremation rites have been accorded. No services planned at this date. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria was in charge of arrangements.
