Judith SmithJudith Ann "Judy" Smith, 67, of Rushville died at 3:25 a.m. June 11, 2011, at her residence.

She was born Feb. 2, 1944, in Ray, a daughter of Leo and Juanita Hendricks Crenshaw. She married Michael A. Smith on Feb. 10, 1962, in Browning. He survives.

Also surviving are four children, Diana (and William) Shultz, Tammy (and William) Flynn, all of Jacksonville, Tim (and Allie) Smith of Cuba and Amanda (and Tedd) Romine of Atwood; five brothers, Larry Crenshaw and Harold "Richard" Crenshaw, both of Jacksonville, Daniel Crenshaw of Murphysboro, Tenn., Robert Crenshaw of Georgia and Scott Crenshaw of Springfield; two sisters, Alice Johnson of Mesa, Ariz., and Darlene McMurl of Lees Summit, Mo.; 10 grandchildren; two step grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three great-grandchildren.

She was a homemaker.

She attended Bader and Browning Elementary schools and Rushville High School.

She attended Camp Point Assembly of God Church.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hendricker Funeral Home in Mount Sterling with Pastor A.D. Selby officiating. Burial will be in Rushville City Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services on Wednesday at the funeral home.
