Jeffrey P. Shirley, 46, of Bay Minette, Ala., formerly of Astoria, died Saturday, May 15, 2004, at his home.
He was born July 20, 1957, in Canton, a son of James E. and Rosemary Hamblin Shirley.
Surviving are his parents of Astoria; two sisters, Peggy (and Robert) Spencer of Astoria and Kathie (and Phil) Collins of Ipava; two brothers, Ted of Macomb and Michael (and Donna) of Astoria.
He was a bookkeeper for many years.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Astoria Christian Church with Gary Sheets officiating. Additional services and burial will be held in Alabama. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria is in charge of local arrangements.
Memorials may be made to Bader Christian Church or Astoria Christian Church.
