Robert St. DennisRobert St. DennisRobert G. St. Dennis, 67, of Astoria died at 1:28 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2003, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
He was born April 28, 1936, in Canton, a son of Raymond and Edna Edmundson St. Dennis. He married Francis M. McCombs on June 21, 1959, in Boise, Idaho. He later married Rose Ellen Mackin on June 5, 1961, in Joliet. He then married Francis St. Dennis on March 26, 1977, in Bremerton, Wash. She died Feb. 28, 1995.
He also was preceded in death by three sisters, Vicki Workman and two infants; and two brothers, Ray and Bill.
Surviving are three sons, Gregory, Robert and David; three daughters, Kathleen, LuAnn and Paula; and one brother, David of Naples, Fla.
He was a Navy veteran, serving aboard the USS Constellation.
He had been a crib manager for Johnson Controls in Bremerton, Wash.
Services were held Tuesday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Gary Sheets officiating. Burial was in Astoria Cemetery, where military rites were conducted by Astoria American Legion Post 25.
