Marvin Schoaff

Marvin Clyde Schoaff, 67, of Reynolds Station, Ky., formerly of Peoria, died at 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19, 2001, at Owensboro Mercy Health System in Owensboro, Ky.

He was born Nov. 29, 1933, in Peoria County, a son of Clyde and Zella Schoaff. He married Joanne Beebe. She survives.

Also surviving are his mother, Zella Sill of Peoria; three sons, Gregory of Owensboro, Ky., Roger of Macomb and David of Evansville, Ind.; four daughters, Cynthia Wilson of Illiopolis, Pamela Koester of Lilburn, Ga., Carol Schoaff of Owensboro, Ky., and Donna Kivett of Greenville, S.C.; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one brother, Paul of Buffalo, N.Y.; and one sister, Elva Harper of Peoria.

He was a self-employed truck driver and diesel mechanic.

Services were held Tuesday at Harl-Geary Funeral Home in Fordsville, Ky. Burial was in Fordsville Cemetery in Fordsville.
