Elmer Shoff, 67, of Springfield, died Tuesday, July 16, 1996, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 15, 1928, in Oak Hill, a son of Elmer and Edna May Shoff. He married Betty Leighty.
Surviving are his wife Betty; three daughters, Lou Ann Koehne and Sandy Munos of Springfield, and Anita Shoff of Hawthorne, Calif.; six grandchildren; his mother, Edna Shoff of Vermont; one brother, John Shoff of Peoria; and one sister, Betty Stephens of Fruitland Park, Fla.
Graveside services were held Friday, July 19 at Camp Butler National Cemetery.
Ellinger-Kunz and Davis Funeral Home, 437 N. 6th St., Springfield, was in charge of arrangements.
