Betty J. Snedeker, 78, of 608 E. Broadway, Ipava, died at 10:20 p.m. Monday, March 25, 1996, at her home.
She was born March 11, 1918, in Montezuma, Kans., the daughter of Cecil E. and Gladys Williams Davis. She married Philip L. Snedeker on May 29, 1949 in Dodge City, Kans. He survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Deborah Hall of Fallston, Md.; one son, Michael Snedeker and one daughter-in-law, Karen Snedeker of Havana; one son-in-law, Kenneth Hall of Fallston, Md.; and four grandchildren, Eric and Alex Snedeker of Havana and Sarah and Lesley Bubb of Fallston, Md.
She was a member of the Ipava United Presbyterian Church and Chapter C, PEO Sisterhood.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at her church with Rev. William Abernethy officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church. Cremation has been accorded.
