She was born Aug. 7, 1947, in Rosiclaire, a daughter of Joseph and Geraldine Gullett Gerhardt. She married Randall Ragle on Nov. 12, 1966, in East Peoria.
Surviving are her husband, Randall of Springfield; four children, Shawn (and Jodie) Ragle of Astoria, Joe (and Christie) Ragle of Marietta, Dave (and Angie) Ragle of Ipava and Brandon (and Kris) Ragle of Springfield; one sister, Carol Becher of East Peoria; and 10 grandchildren, Bryan (and Rianna), Michelle, Rachel, Ashley (and fiancé Blane), Sami, John, Tristan, Joshua, McKenzie and McKayla.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Linda and JoAnn.
She loved to travel and had been a member of several clubs, including Red Hat Society, Welcome Club, Friends of the Library and Lady Elks. She had worked for home health care and in the deli and bakery at Day and Palin for several years.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hurley Funeral Home in Havana. Visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m., immediately prior to the services, with Pastor Bob Greene of Astoria Methodist Church officiating.
