She was born Aug. 20, 1924, in Lewistown, a daughter of Jesse and Hazel Grigsby Collins. She married Robert L. Rudd on Oct. 1, 1949, in Canton. He died Sept. 5, 1979.
She also was preceded in death by an infant son; one brother, Paul; and one sister, Lela Ray.
Surviving are one daughter, Leslie Rudd of Canton; one son, Mike (and Kathy) Rudd of Canton; one sister, Eileen Tippey of Astoria; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Astoria United Methodist Church.
She was a registered nurse, serving her career at Graham Hospital and held an alumni membership to Graham Hospital School of Nursing.
Graveside services were held Monday at White Chapel Memory Gardens in Canton. Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton was in charge of arrangements.
