Bert R. Reneau Dies At Age 76Bert R. Reneau Dies At Age 76Bert R. Reneau, 76, of Jacksonville, formerly of Canton, died at 5:40 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30, 1985, at Passavant Hospital in Jacksonville.
He was born Jan. 25, 1909, in Table Grove, the son of Stephen and Dollie (Lau) Reneau.
Survivors include one brother, Harry Reneau of Ipava; and one sister, Mrs. Gladys Swick of Canton.
He was employed as a baker and was a veteran of World War II.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Sept. 3 at the Murphy-Sedgwick Memorial Home with Rev. Robert Simpson officiating. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery.
