She was born Oct. 28, 1959, a daughter of Harlan and Rachel Humes Creasy. She married David Gossage. He preceded her in death on Oct. 26, 1994.
She also was preceded in death by one daughter, Jennifer Gossage; one sister, Janice Mason; and her parents.
Surviving are one son, Dave (and Dayna) Gossage of Havana; one daughter, Heather (and Anthony) Martinez of Pekin; three sisters, Kathy (and Ray) Goodell of Vermont, Cheryl Fosdyck of Florida and Anita (and Steve) Brown of Bushnell; two brothers, Chuck Creasy of Florida and Mark Creasy of Macomb; and 14 grandchildren.
She was a homemaker. She also was a CNA, working at numerous places, including the Astoria Nursing Home.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pastor Matthew Thiner officiating. A visitation will take place from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Astoria Cemetery.
