She was born March 9, 1969, in Rushville, a daughter of Bernard and Wanda Peterman French.
Surviving are two sons, Jacob Lee Sheppard of Herrin and Jack Logan Patrick of Petersburg; one daughter, Jossee Foster of Colchester; her father, Bernard French of Astoria; three siblings, Ronald Eugene French of Jacksonville, Kimberly Sue French Wilson of Camp Point and Gary Lee French of Galesburg; one nephew; one niece; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Wanda French.
A 1987 graduate of Astoria High School, she first worked as a medical assistant in Havana. She later worked for an optometrist in Petersburg.
Private family services will be held. The Wood Funeral Home in Rushville is in charge of arrangements.
