She was born May 21, 1975, in Macomb, a daughter of Robert Dale and Violet Lillian Beatty Self. She married Matthew Palmer on Sept. 18, 2015, in Summum. He survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Brianna (and Anthony) Gleason of Crystal City, Mo., and Danielle (and Josh) Thacker of Killeen, Texas; one stepdaughter, Madison Palmer of Galva; two brothers, John (and Marilyn) Frank of Bardolph and Robert Self of Versailles; two sisters, Angela (and Ray) Dodds of Macomb and Brenda Gossage of Clearwater, Fla; and one grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She was a Dietary Aide at Heritage Manor in Beardstown.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Family services will be held at a later date. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria is in charge of arrangements.
