Mrs. Bessie B. Post, 93, of 503 N. Maple, Lewistown, died at 2:15 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24, 1980, in Graham Hospital, Canton.
Born Nov. 3, 1887, in Liverpool Township, a daughter of Ira and Anna Wilcoxen Stufflebeam, she married Arnold Post Dec. 14, 1909, in Lewistown. He died in April 1959.
One son, two brothers and three sisters also preceded her.
Surviving are one son, Paul C., and one daughter, Mrs. Wilson (Laura) Miller, both of Lewistown; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; one step great, great-granddaughter; and one brother, Ross Stufflebeam of Peoria.
She was a member of Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church, its Women’s Circle, Lewistown American Legion Auxiliary and the TYR Club.
Funeral services will be at 3:30 p.m. this afternoon in her church with burial in Apple Cemetery. Henry Memorial Home in Lewistown is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be at the church one hour before services.
