She was born Nov. 14, 1964, in Springfield, the daughter of Donald Richard and Rose Mary Hibbs Siekman.
Surviving are her mother and stepfather, Rose (and Phil) Fitzjarrald of Camden; grandmother, Florine Fitzjarrald of Mount Sterling; one daughter, Melissa Dawn Agans of Beardstown; one son, Byron William Siekman of Macomb; three brothers, Michael (and Rebecca) Fitzjarrald and Shawn (and Tonya) Fitzjarrald, both of Camden and Phillip (and Michele) Fitzjarrald of Rushville; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father.
She had been employed at Methode in Golden.
Cremation has been accorded. Services were held Monday at Camden United Methodist Church with Rev. Dixie Croxton officiating. Worthington Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
