She was born Sept. 24, 1982, in Channelview, Texas, a daughter of Raymond Michael and Jackie LaNell Whitwell Hammack.
Surviving are two children, Finn and Nolan McCombs, both of Astoria; her mother, Jackie Dodd of Olathe, Kan.; her father, Raymond (and Tracey) Hammack of Astoria; one sister, Cady Hammack of Seguin, Texas; and her grandmother, Judy Whitwell of Seguin, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
She was a 2000 graduate of Astoria High School. She received her Associates Degree in Art from Spoon River College. She also was a licensed cosmetologist.
Private services will be held with cremation rites accorded following the services. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria is in charge of arrangements.
