She was born Jan. 25, 1955, in Canton, the daughter of Robert and Donna Swango Mustread. She married Robert Martindale on Feb. 15, 1976, in Smithfield. He survives.
Also surviving are her mother, Donna Mustread of Smithfield; four children, Jerry (and Lisa) Nunn of Tallula, Annie (and Derek) Kolbus of Slidell, La., and Marlo (and Don) Willett and Robyn Smith, both of Petersburg; two brothers, Bill (and Dawn) Mustread of Smithfield and Bruce (and Jackie) Mustread of Pontiac; and 11 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father; and one brother, Mark Mustread.
She was the marketing and admissions director for HCR Manor Care in Galesburg retiring in 2012. She was a member of Brock United Methodist Church of Smithfield.
Funeral services were held Monday at the Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Cuba with Chaplain Kenny Kline officiating. Burial was at Baughman Cemetery in rural Smithfield.
