She was born Dec. 4, 1942, in Centerville, Iowa, the daughter of Lester and Dorothy Strode Norman. She married James “Jim” B. Moose in March of 1967 in Rock Island. He preceded her in death on Aug. 17, 2020.
She also was preceded in death by one son, Terry Moose; one grandson, Thomas Carpentier; and one brother, Wayne Norman.
Surviving are three children, Sandra Bopp of Vermont, David Bopp of Rome, Ga., and Ketra Loftin of Silvis; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She previously worked as a nursing supervisor at Illini Hospital in Silvis, retiring in 2002.
Funeral services were held Monday at Esterdahl Mortuary and Crematory, Ltd. in Moline. Burial was at Rock Island National Cemetery.
