She was born March 10, 1940, in Rushville, a daughter of Glenn C. and H. Florine Paisley Rebman. She married Louis Ozzie Maliongas on Aug. 2, 1957, in Rushville. He survives.
Also surviving are one son, Monte (and Annie) Maliongas of Cantrall; one daughter, Stacey Maliongas of High Ridge, Mo.; two brothers, Ronnie (and Jackie) Rebman and Dennis (and Nancy) Rebman, both of Rushville; one grandson; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Margaret Gibson; and one grandson, Adam Maliongas.
She was a stay-at-home mom. She also was a custodian at Presbyterian Church and Schuyler State Bank. She was employed in housekeeping at Culbertson Hospital for years. She and her husband also ran a carpet cleaning business for years. She worked at Rushville Hardee’s before retiring in 2001.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with David Haney officiating. Burial was in Messerer Cemetery.
