Betty MorganBetty M. Morgan, 70, of Cuba died at 3:35 a.m. Feb. 13, 2013, at Graham Hospital in Canton.

She was born Oct. 21, 1942, in Kirksville, Mo., a daughter of Franklin L. and Leota M. Creason Dobbs. She married Howard S. Morgan on Sept. 3, 1960, in Kirksville, Mo. He preceded her in death on Jan. 17, 2013.

She also was preceded in death by one son, Stephen E. Morgan; one brother; and one sister.

Surviving are one son, Michael (and Amy) Morgan of Wee-Ma-Tuk; one daughter, Betsy (and Randy) Pagan of Colorado Springs, Colo.; one brother, Frank E. Dobbs of Kirksville, Mo.; one sister, Elberta L."Bert" (and Dean) Rusk of Brashear, Mo.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She had worked as a ceramic instructor, and also as the produce manager at the former Day and Palin IGA in Cuba.

She was a member of Cuba Lions Club and Cuba American Legion Auxiliary.

Cremation will be accorded. Services were held Sunday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Cuba with Reverend Mike Arnett officiating. Inurnment will be in Cuba Cemetery at a later date.
