Earl Morrow

Earl L. Morrow Jr., 68, of Rushville, formerly of Lockport, died at 11 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, 2004, at his son's residence.

He was born March 11, 1936, in Joliet, a son of Earl L. Sr. and Agnes Yunker Morrow. He married Darlene G. Wheeler on Aug. 15, 1959, in Lockport. She survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Ron (and Peggy) of Rushville and Mike of Astoria; two daughters, Wanda (and Mike) Parsano of Vermont and June (and George) Thomas of Astoria; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Larry of Lockport, Chuck of Joliet and Ray of Warrenville; and five sisters, Arlene (and Harold) Widner of Joliet, Donna Dergenski, Carol (and Ray) Isrealson and Jerri (and Pat) Parker, all of Lockport, and Linda (and Denny) Rodgers of Bartonville.

He was preceded in death by one granddaughter and two sisters, Loretta Morrow and Lenore Rodebaugh.

He was a laborer with Materials Services in Lockport, retiring in 1994 after 20 years. He was a member of Laborer's International Union 681.

He was a member of Lockport Moose Lodge.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Paul Arnold officiating. Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. tonight at Wood Funeral Home in Rushville. Burial will be in Rushville City Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Mandi Downs Memorial Scholarship Fund in care of Vermont State Bank.
