Mary S. Miller, 94, of Vermont, died at 7:46 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, 1995, at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb.
She was born Sept. 10, 1900, in Vermont, a daughter of John L. and Anna Brown Harris. She married Donald K. Miller on July 14, 1920, in Vermont. He died Dec. 22, 1976. One son, Edmund R., one brother and one sister also preceded her in death.
Surviving are one son, Harold L. of Merriam, Kan.; one sister, Mildred Brown of Bushnell; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She and her husband operated Miller Grocery Store for 57 years. She was a member of Vermont Christian Church.
Graveside services were held Friday at Vermont Cemetery with Rev. Clint Palmer officiating. Kost Memorial Home was in charge of arrangements.
