She was born May 7, 1956, in Rushville, a daughter of James Paul and Rose Marie Greer Rebman. She married Jeffery A. Langner on April 8, 1979. He preceded her in death on April 9, 2023.
Surviving are one sister, Becky (and Bob) Jones of Rushville; one brother, Jon Paul (and Mike) Rebman of San Diego, Calif.; two nieces, Jennifer Bozarth of Springfield and Samantha Rebman of San Diego, Calif.; two nephews, Jacob Rebman of San Diego, Calif., and Jeff (and Sarah) Gardocki of Cincinnati, Ohio; three great nieces; and two great nephews.
She was a 1974 graduate of Rushville High School and graduated from Parkland College as a Vet Tech in 1976. She worked at Sky Labs in Rushville and later at Rushville Vet Clinic for many years. She was a founder of the Schuyler County Humane Society in 2002 where she volunteered many hours and was serving as president. She also served on the Smiles Day Committee where she co-chaired with her sister Becky for many years.
Cremation has been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held at noon Thursday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Mr. David Haney officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday.
