Peggy I. Burgett Leeper, 92, died May 18, 2021, in Eugene, Ore.
She was born Feb. 12, 1929, in Vermont Township, a daughter of Joseph and Velma Burgett.
She was preceded in death by her husband Marshall Leeper; and one sister, Caroline (Kay) Bulmer.
Surviving are one daughter, Janelle Morgan, who lives in Eugene.
Alpha Cremation and Burial Services in Eugene was in charge of arrangements.
